These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PAR LIBAN website, online store, products, content, and related services.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Lebanon, including, where applicable, Law No. 81 of October 10, 2018 relating to Electronic Transactions and Personal Data, Consumer Protection Law No. 659 of February 4, 2005, as amended, and other applicable Lebanese laws and regulations.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any mandatory consumer right granted to you under applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Website

Nothing in this section limits PAR LIBAN's legal obligations concerning product safety, accurate information, manufacturing standards, or consumer protection.

6. Prices

Prices are displayed on the website in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.

The product price, applicable delivery charges, taxes, fees, or other amounts payable by the customer will be displayed or communicated as required before the order is finalized.

PAR LIBAN may change prices from time to time.

Any change will not normally affect an order that has already been validly concluded, except where permitted or required by law.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information is accurate.

If an obvious technical, typographical, or pricing error occurs, we may contact you to explain the error and, where legally permitted, provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order and receive a refund of any amount paid.

Nothing in this section permits PAR LIBAN to engage in misleading pricing or advertising practices.

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

A product displayed on the website may occasionally become unavailable because of inventory discrepancies, simultaneous purchases, damaged inventory, supply interruptions, or technical errors.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where applicable, provide an appropriate alternative, adjustment, cancellation, or refund.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

8. Orders

• Circumstances in which fulfilling the order would be unlawful.

If an order that has already been paid is cancelled by PAR LIBAN and no product is supplied, the relevant amount will be refunded subject to the applicable payment process.

9. Payment

Depending on the payment method, payment may be processed by PAR LIBAN, a bank, payment gateway, financial institution, cash-on-delivery provider, or another authorized payment service provider.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Customers must not knowingly use:

• Fraudulent accounts;

• Unauthorized cards;

• False billing information; or

• Any payment method they are not authorized to use.

Payment processing may be subject to additional terms imposed by the relevant payment provider.

PAR LIBAN does not guarantee approval of any payment transaction by a third-party financial institution or payment provider.

10. Delivery

PAR LIBAN delivers orders to the locations made available through our website or otherwise confirmed during the order process.

Estimated delivery periods are provided for guidance and may vary depending on:

• Delivery location;

• Courier availability;

• Order volume;

• Public holidays;

• Weather;

• Traffic;

• Security circumstances;

• Force majeure events; or

• Other factors reasonably outside our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated period communicated to you.

You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address and a valid telephone number.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided incorrect information, repeatedly failed to respond to the courier, refused the delivery without exercising a lawful withdrawal right, or otherwise prevented delivery, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted by law.

Any mandatory rights relating to delayed, incomplete, defective, or failed performance remain unaffected.

11. Inspection Upon Delivery

We encourage customers to inspect their order promptly after receiving it.

If your order arrives:

• Damaged;

• Defective;

• Incorrect;

• Incomplete; or

• Materially different from what you ordered,

please contact PAR LIBAN as soon as reasonably possible at parliban@outlook.com, preferably with your order number and clear photographs where relevant.

This notification process helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Failure to immediately notify us does not waive any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Right of Withdrawal for Online Purchases

For qualifying distance and electronic transactions, Lebanese consumer protection legislation provides customers with a right to withdraw from certain purchases.

Subject to applicable law and the exceptions described below, you may withdraw from the purchase of eligible goods within ten (10) days from the date on which the goods are delivered to you.

You are not required to provide a reason for exercising a statutory withdrawal right.

13. Conditions for Returns Following Withdrawal

Where you validly exercise a right of withdrawal:

• The product should be returned to PAR LIBAN without undue delay;

• You are responsible for appropriately protecting the product while it is in your possession;

• The product must not have been used where use would remove the statutory right of withdrawal;

• Return and delivery costs associated with a change-of-mind withdrawal may be borne by the customer where permitted by applicable Lebanese law; and

• The returned product should include its original packaging and accompanying items where reasonably possible.

If the statutory requirements are satisfied, the product price will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Where Lebanese law requires a refund following a valid withdrawal, PAR LIBAN will process that refund within the legally applicable period.

14. Products That Have Been Used or Opened

Lebanese law provides exceptions to the statutory right of withdrawal, including where the customer has used the goods before expiry of the withdrawal period.

Because PAR LIBAN sells skincare, soaps, lotions, creams, cosmetics, fragrances, body-care products, and similar personal-use products, opening or using a product may affect whether it remains eligible for a change-of-mind return.

A product that has been opened or used and is no longer eligible for statutory withdrawal may therefore be refused as a change-of-mind return where permitted by law.

However, this does not affect your rights where the product is:

• Defective;

• Damaged before delivery;

• Incorrectly supplied;

• Unsafe;

• Expired where it should not be;

• Materially inconsistent with its description; or

• Otherwise non-compliant with applicable consumer protection law.

15. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

A statutory withdrawal for change of mind is different from a claim concerning a defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, or non-conforming product.

If PAR LIBAN fails to perform an order properly or supplies a product in a defective or non-conforming manner, you retain the remedies available to you under applicable Lebanese consumer protection law.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements, the appropriate remedy may include:

• Replacement;

• Completion of the order;

• Refund;

• Cancellation; or

• Another remedy required by applicable law.

PAR LIBAN may request photographs, order information, batch information, or return of the affected product where reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.

16. Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be made using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Where this is not possible, PAR LIBAN may arrange another appropriate refund method with the customer.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, or payment method.

PAR LIBAN is not responsible for processing delays caused solely by a customer's bank or payment provider once the refund has been properly initiated.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory refund deadline.

17. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, PAR LIBAN may offer:

• Discount codes;

• Bundles;

• Gift-with-purchase offers;

• Seasonal promotions;

• Free delivery offers;

• Loyalty benefits; or

• Other promotional campaigns.

Specific promotions may be subject to additional conditions communicated with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;

• Discount codes cannot be reproduced, sold, or fraudulently obtained;

• Only one discount may apply to an order where indicated;

• Promotions are valid only during the stated promotional period;

• Eligibility requirements must be satisfied; and

• Promotional offers remain subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.

PAR LIBAN may cancel or refuse benefits obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of a promotion.

18. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Where PAR LIBAN offers gift cards, vouchers, or store credit, any specific validity period and redemption conditions will be disclosed at the time of purchase or issuance.

Gift cards, vouchers, and store credit may not be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

19. Customer Accounts

You should notify us promptly if you believe that:

By voluntarily submitting content for publication on PAR LIBAN's website or social media channels, you grant PAR LIBAN a non-exclusive right to display, reproduce, and use that content in connection with PAR LIBAN's website, social media, marketing, and business activities, subject to applicable law and any permissions required regarding personal data or image rights.

PAR LIBAN will not intentionally alter a genuine customer review in a manner that materially misrepresents the customer's opinion.

21. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through PAR LIBAN's website and official channels is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by PAR LIBAN.

Subject to the above and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PAR LIBAN will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a result of our breach.

PAR LIBAN is also not responsible for loss resulting solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to any mandatory legal obligations.

27. Force Majeure

PAR LIBAN will not be considered in breach of these Terms where performance is prevented or materially delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Such events may include:

• Natural disasters;

• Severe weather;

• Fire;

• War or civil disturbance;

• Government restrictions;

• Border or customs disruptions;

• Major telecommunications failures;

• Internet or infrastructure outages;

• Widespread payment network failures;

• Transportation interruptions;

• Strikes outside PAR LIBAN's reasonable control;

• Public health emergencies; or

• Other comparable events.

Where such an event materially affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the affected customer and provide an appropriate solution.

28. Changes to These Terms

PAR LIBAN may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• Changes to the website;

• Operational changes;

• New payment or delivery arrangements;

• Changes in applicable law; or

• Other legitimate business requirements.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired by customers under completed transactions where doing so would violate applicable law.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent authority or court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

30. No Waiver of Consumer Rights

Any failure by PAR LIBAN to enforce a particular provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.

More importantly, no provision of these Terms is intended to waive or restrict a right granted to a consumer by mandatory Lebanese consumer protection legislation.

Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.

31. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, your use of the PAR LIBAN website, and purchases made through the website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

The parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve any complaint or dispute amicably by contacting PAR LIBAN first at:

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent courts of Lebanon in accordance with applicable Lebanese procedural and consumer protection law.

Nothing in this section limits any right a consumer may have to submit a complaint to a competent consumer protection, regulatory, administrative, or judicial authority.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with:

• Our Privacy Policy;

• Any applicable Return or Refund Policy;

• Product-specific conditions;

• Promotion-specific conditions; and

• Information confirmed during checkout,

form the terms governing the relevant relationship between you and PAR LIBAN.

Where a specific written condition for a product, promotion, or transaction conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific condition will apply to that matter, subject always to mandatory applicable law.
